For our rentals, we require a valid Visale guarantee issued by Action Logement.
Visale is a free, state-backed rental guarantee that acts as a third-party guarantor and helps secure your lease in a simple and transparent way.

Your Visale certificate must cover the full rental period in order to proceed with the rental.
